Policies & Product Care

Candle Care: Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn. First burn 2–4 hours. Keep wax free of debris. Burn on heat-safe surface away from drafts. Stop use when 1/2" of wax remains.
Diffuser Care: Insert reeds. Flip after 24 hours, then weekly. Keep away from children, pets, and direct sunlight.
Incense Care: Light tip, let it glow, then gently fan out the flame. Catch ash on a stable holder. Ventilate.
